a few few brief moments...

Our weekend took us by storm. We enjoyed misty cool temps on Saturday at the Wrigley race where Chato, Brandan, and Aly all took part. (i'm the camera girl, remember?) I played around with some goofy shots...With pending rain, we came prepared...of course it didn't rain a drop! It figures!!
I love early morning races - just for the fact that it makes this man smile like this!
Always in charge of getting that right-before-the-finish-line picture, my camera is always ready to snap! I get some of the funniest faces sometimes!
The view from here is so delightful, now if I could keep him this size and this cute forever!!!
Aly has her game face on. Last year at this event the kids in her age group were to pushy and she hit the ground at the start. This year she moved off to the side, but stayed in front and looked for that finish line! (She is so much like her daddy it isn't even funny!)
