something new to look at...

I took advantage of a few extra minutes last night to work on some of Aly's girly date pics. As an early birthday present, Aly received a gift certificate to Sweet & Sassy, a boutique for little girls. She and some of her best girlfriends spent the afternoon getting a main, a pedi, a touch of makeup, and a new 'do.

There could be much criticism surrounding treating little ones to something of this nature, but I can tell you this is one birthday present that this constant little nail biter and hater of red toenail polish won't ever forget! Look closer...you can see it in her smile.






With both of these LOs, I finally had the opportunity to break into my Freckle Friends April kit - well, at least it isn't May - yet! I love the crochet flowers and antiqued embellies so much that it promted me to indulge in a BOM page. The little flowers remind me so much of my grandma and then i start thinking of old pictures. I constantly daydream heritage and imagine what each person was thinking or doing. So much so that i think that someday my silly wish just might come true! Goofball, I tell ya.
