Whew...

The humidity is finally calming down and the cooler temps have decided to officially turn this city into what we call "football weather". Football is not a BIG pasttime in this family, but Brandan recently put it on his "TO DO List" so we headed over to Hale Park and scored a few touchdowns. It will take bit of practice, but if the weather stays nice like this - we might actually get a bit better!

I think the coming of Fall can't get here fast enough. I am just dying to see the autumn colors, some sweaters, and some sweet apple cider.


















Later in the evening we spent the brisk air enjoying a last stop BBQ. We took time to make funny faces and relax with some comfort food. There's nothing like it in the world: good weather, good food, good friends...I wouldn't take it back for nothin'!!
