Brandan and Aly got their glasses on Saturday. This was a BIG HUGE surprise in our house - I could have never imagined that they needed glasses - especially BOTH of them! Brandan is taking to his simple metal frames very well - they suit him, no? Aly on the other hand is following my footsteps when I first got glasses (at 13, though) and having a hard time fidgeting with them and taking them off. They learned how to clean them and keep them in their cases at night time, but OH WHAT AN ORDEAL!!
Well, I know these munchkins belong to me - but aren't they just ADORABLE?
I am so proud of them for being such troopers about this, and glad that the new state law is in place so more kids (and unknowing parents like me!) can get these little eyes tested earlier!

OMGoodness-I love their glasses!!! They are sooooo freakin' cute! Aly looks sooo much like you even more now-love her frames, and Brandan looks like such a handsome little grown up man!!
Aly's frames look very like mine - but then mine are kid's frames to begin with (b/c I HAD to have purple). They both look adorable - and they both chose very flattering frames.
