Over the past couple of weeks, Chicago has had the apperance of Seattle! We have had more days of rain than I can remember in a long time. Days that begin, continue, and end with just streaming, endless showers and downpours. Typical Chicago rain is accompanied by thunder and lightening - but not this stream of unending water. I LOVE it. More reason to hide inside with a couple of blankets, popcorn and a movie. (Last night we watch "Bajo la Misma Luna" - such an awesome film!) Today, we ventured out to run our errands and the kids delighted in the soft, carressing rain showers. Maybe this is a sure sign that Fall is here. We pulled out some autumn sweaters and enjoyed the leftovers of Hurricane IKE. Sweet Days we have here - making the clouds worth enjoying.

Those pictures are just waaaay cute! I love the last one, but the first one is so cute too! I wish we had the weather to pull out sweaters and jeans!!
adorable pics... I'm so jealous, not only of the rain but of the cooler temps! it won't get that way here until (if we're lucky) January...
I was suppose to go to Chi-Town this year but it didn't happen:(
Haha, glorious is a great adjective to decribe my time here! Amy of Peru is definately enjoying herself. Great friends, teaching again, and learning about our language is really fun! I think just getting back into the classroom boosted my self esteem and reminded me how much I love it. I am really sad to leave on Wednesday (time flew by too quickly!) but in these next 2 weeks at home, I will have some time go get back to my lost love, SCRAPBOOKING! I'm going to check out the KraftGirl kits on your site...though I have a ton of stuff I have an itch for some new products! I'm sure you understand:)
Anyway, I hope that everything is great with you as well: that Brandon and Ally like thier new classes and teachers, that you are enjoying your new set of monkeys, and that everything at Saucedo is going smoothly! Take care!
