Finally, I've found the fortune of five weeks worth of fun. No, "f" has not become my favorite letter, but I have finalized the final pages of this HUGE album!
I've never made so many layouts for one event. Hawaii was an incredible experience, but I never could have imagined that I would hit forty layouts in a single album. I love American Crafts three ringers! Not only is the chipboard cover easy to decorate, but the binder really takes charge of holding my pages in place without crushing or smashing the content.
The cover is this beautiful pp I picked up over at scrapyourtrip.com and the "welcome" signage was an ornament gifted to me at Christmas time from my girlfriend Sandra. I love it here on the cover!
I'm gonna need to move something over to fit this one on a shelf. Brandan already has it only his daily glance list.
Don't pay attention to the chubby girl who forgot to fix her hair after a long, long school day. She is well aware that her nail polish is chipped beyond decency and that one of her layout's ribbon is drooping from hanging on the rack too long. Someday soon Spring will come along and end her hibernation.
Here's to Hawaii: Another great trip that we can close the book on - literally!
