presidential scrapping holiday...

Nothing like a great holiday that grants freedom to do as you please. That's the way I look at it. Freedom to scrap - obligations gone wild. My sincerest appreciation to Presidents Washington and Lincoln. I bet you never knew just how wonderfully you would enlighten my day.

I've got it nearly wrapped up now. I can see the finish line on our Hawaiian album. Just a couple more ideas that I have to shake loose of and I can move on (err...backwards) in time to tackle the days I side stepped to work on a tropical setting.
And there is nothing more tropical than this vista of the Pacific Ocean - with two of my favorite people taking in the waves and sunshine.

There was no way I could forget the brillant colors of the Canoe Parade at the Polynesian Cultural Center. I tried to capture a bit of them all.

The games here, too, were magnificant! The kids tried everthing they saw and I wish we only had just a bit more time to spend.

Our circle island tour guided us along the shoreline where we were able to catch Halona Blowhole and the "From Here to Eternity" beach.

..and our backyard; for the week, of course! We enjoyed it every chance we got.

All these pages are making me crave warm weather so we can hit the beach!!! I love all the tropical embellies/papers you used, I bet your album looks awesome! Don't forget to take a picture of it standing up so we can see the thickness of it all!
