This week we were hit with the outrageous news early Wednesday afternoon that Papa had blockages, and would need to undergo Open Heart surgery. By Thursday morning things were on schedule and he underwent triple bypass surgery. The best news was that outside of the blockages, his heart muscle is very healthy and they were found in the very early stages.
Today we rest easy, knowing that all went wonderfully well and Papa is on the road to recovery. Brandan can't wait to get to the hospital and see his Papa.

So glad the surgery went well:) That is so scary, but I am glad they found it in the early stages!!!
