After finally getting settled in to my new digs, it has taken me a while to sit down and get some new layouts on the table. I cracked open some more of this month's Kraft Girl Kit and played with some pale blues, purples, and krafty browns. I've been working on catching up with some OLD pictures too...so please bare with me if these aren't the most recent of snaps!
Check out Chato! His secret is out...and now you know why he is SO supportive of my crazy hobby; he scraps too! Okay, so maybe it is only once or twice a year and it is poster-sized picture collages of his GOLF or BOXING or the kids' Tae Kwon Do events, but he loves to steal my cutter and adhesive and piece it all together!
This past March, we hit the Chicago River for the St. Patrick's Day parade and annual dying of the waters. Christina and Jason made the trip to visit that weekend, so timing was perfect!
And it has been just over a year since Claudia and Dean were here for a week in June last summer. One of the first things on our TO DO LIST was the Kenny Chesney Concert at Soldier Field...A little more current, though, because I couldn't resist printing out some of my recent Photoshop Elements endeavors, here are some Independence themed pages...
