No alarm clock needed. Two kids up at 5:00AM do the job even when you don't ask them to on this magical morning. The excitement wouldn't let them rest, so we figured we couldn't fight the energy they had - nor wanted to see the tears if we tried. SO....without further ado:(Chicago winters can be brutal...this boy WILL be prepared!)
(Perfect gift for the girl who is scared of the dark and cannot reach the light switch from her bed!!)
A bit of this and that. A new skateboard and gear for Brandan, a guitar for the girl who loves strings, and a FLIP video camera for US!!! I can foresee the digital future - I'm imagining that still life blog photography might just evolve into a world of videography...very soon!!
Yes, you should note the smiles and we will reflect on how, eight hours later, we are really getting sleepy. Time for a nap? Nope. We have "traditional" dinner plans for our Chinese Christmas meal downtown (Why? what other restaurants are open on Christmas Day?)
