Deja vu, perhaps? Around about a month ago, we were looking forward to heading back to Kentucky and the farm. Today, we are awaiting our "Regreso a Ocampo". The kids have never been so excited as they have these past few weeks about returning to the home places of their great grandparents and their grandparents. In Kentucky, endless adventure abound around each and every turn of the old gravel road and the bottom of the creek bed. In Mexico, once again the cobbled stone streets and brightly painted plaster walls will welcome us back to explore behind aging iron fences, entice us to drink from glass soda bottles, and pull us into the legend and lore of the antepasados. Brandan is just waiting to use his Spanish, and Aly is traipsing along, hoping she can manage on her own. Counting down...10 days!

Yay, I am excited to hear about your adventures and see all the pictures!! That is really awesome the kids are so excited about going. Brandan will have to pick up some new cooking skills to bring back with him!
