time to start...

...labeling the days.
------------------------------
From here on out each day will have an agenda, a "something to do", or be filled with the rigmarole called LIFE. No more fancy free summer days. No more wake ups without an alarm clock. More like "wake up, and GET GOING, people!!!"
--------------------
TIME TO START PREPARING:
We've started packing our bags for school (I can't wait to get the stuff off the floor - the piles are driving me crazy!!) and the kids LOVE the back-to-school shopping for supplies. I made another pencil roll, this time for Aly. It turned out pretty cute with it's butterfly pattern...She even, briefly, posed to show it off!
TIME TO START PACKING:
I have absolutely adored the way this summer worked out. We began it when we headed South of the Border to Mexico, and now we will wrap it up with a ROAD TRIP down Route 66 to St. Louis this weekend. I am so excited (that and I haven't been a very good photographer this summer for the stay at home days; so this weekend will FIX that!). I've mapped out our "route", and have plenty of resources to make sure we don't miss out on anything too important!
TIME TO START DIGGING:
After months (and months) of planning (and waiting), my parents are beginning the process of adding on to their ranch-style home. 50%+ to the existing structure is sure to be a process. This is the early morning vantage point I was sent in a text from Mom...
It is past noon, now, so I am sure there is a mighty big hole somewhere below all of that concrete at this point! I'll have to swing by there tonight to be nosy and check it out!
-------------------
So, it is TIME TO get it all in order. And for right now, I have such an optimistic view point. A brand new school year working with those I love. A new adventure for Brandan as he heads into Junior High. Aly, my bookworm, can't wait for the first day of classes (I can't wait to see her in her new shoes!) SO, off we go...
NEXT STOP:
THE MOTHER ROAD

I am hoping you get an awesome class this year and that you are stress-free this school year Cone can hope, right?)!!!
