all the merriment...

...of the lights and stockings make me the happiest this time of year. And, yes, okay...gift giving is a close second. Those first few presents are the best EVEN if it does mean showing great LOVE and representation of their aunt's university...
Brandan has already wore his new college gear at least once since receiving it Christmas Eve, too. Uncle Eddie knows the inside deal though...
...exactly how to make a boy smile!
And MJ and the moonwalk have nothing on this little girl and her new jacket...
Lissette found a new friend to take shopping with her at Target...
Lovin' it up with family...
Lovin' it up with the presents...
...and preparing for the onslaught of more...
After receiving personalized videos from the Portable North Pole these kids tracked Santa all the way through to Nashville, TN before they got nervous enough to tuck themselves into bed "in the hopes that Santa would soon be there."
This year, Christmas was a bit earlier than most. Over eager and without patience, kid One and kid Two woke us up at 4am, without success, checked out their stockings, and hit NORAD to see where Santa was finishing up his deliveries. Finally dragging us from under the covers around five o'clock or so...
Brandan got new shoes for "the game".
And he had been asking for a Nutcracker for sometime.
Aly hit the jackpot with the newest Just Dance format: Michael Jackson the Experience and for a girl who LOVES to DANCE & SING - I can't wait to see what she does with this game!!
Aly also hooked up with the b&w PANDA theme. This is something new for my little animal lover...
Momma & Papa gifted with brand new uncirculated Abraham Lincoln Presidential coins - 7 of them!
Last, but not least, the kids got new sleds. Excuse the color drainage. I didn't have time to switch my aperture from indoor to outdoor lighting and blew things out of proportion just a bit...hee hee.

And maybe this wasn't ALL of the merriment. We have a few more friends and loved ones to share good joy and tidings with - people very important to us - so the festivities are ongoing. Hoping this finds you all content and well just as we are - enjoying our White Christmas!
