Ones they LOVE

Sometimes in life there are things that you are attached to, but you're not quite sure why. You know that you've done it forever and it is such a natural part of who you are that after a while you stop questioning why you do it and just DO it. Aly has loved this ripped up, worn out Winnie-the-Pooh baby blanket for as long as she has been alive. In fact, the poor blanket that has seen better days, is actually in two pieces - just more to love, right? I guess. I haven't reminded her of this story in a while, but we know how all of this came to be. Her grandma, Chato's mom, started her with it when she was months old. She would rub it against her nose, tuck it into her hands, and wrap her in it whenever she was going to sleep. I don't know if Aly remembers that Ma did this for her, but she has never forgotten to love this little blanket, and I hope she always knows that even though Ma is no longer here, she will always be a part of her.

These guys are soooooo funny. Brandan may have been born with my strong-willed nature, but he is certainly a looker, just like his daddy. He wants to be the same on everything. He looks up to him even when he disagrees with his rules. He's a boxer, definitely a fighter, and athletic beyond belief. His metabolism races and his personality is contagious...just like his father. So it would make sense that they should have the same eyes, jaw line, and HAIRCUT.

As for me...I love them all. Can't imagine what the world would look like with out any of them.

Aly is so precious with that blanky! Z has a woobie that cannot be left behind. The other two never had that! I love it!

Looove the blankie! A has a little lovey like that and K loves his "bank" and "fro," that is blanket and frog.

You've gotta come up with a creative way to preserve her blanky, she'll be so sad if there's nothing left one day. A headband? part of a quilt?
