Time to scrap...

It took me a while, but I made myself head out to Archiver's and sit down to scrap. Oh, how wonderful to feel that I am making record of all the days of our lives. Seeing the pictures in their rightful spots, telling the stories we have written these past few months, was so fullfilling! I pulled out the rest of my October Kraft Girls kit (http://www.kraftgirlskit.blogspot.com/) and some Sock Hop pics from back in August to create these two LOs:

That makes five 12x12's with the kit, not counting a notebook cover and some personal cards! What a cool kit! I can't wait until I get the November one! wink! I hear there are some sneak peeks up over on the site!

A patterned paper swap was all I needed to get my creative juices moving alongside some summer time pictures. The story of Brandan's missing shoe hasn't been told until now; time makes all things good, but I am sure serious about how mad he was on this day! Especially when we were in the middle of nowhere and he only had one pair of shoes with him!! :(

Ah, but the days of summer go by too fast...

Our memories of Lincoln Park Zoo won't be soon forgotten, though!
