like cousin, like sister?!?

This rare picture was taken a while back, but it needed to be formally handled and placed into a layout that told its story. My cousins and I grew up only a couple of miles apart, and visited with each other quite a bit when we were younger - the three of us were the babies of the family - all other cousins had plenty of years on us. So, in the long run we hung onto one another like sisters and have plenty of stories to tell.

These are my girls; we know that.

This is one of my favorite layouts of yours! I love the colors and especially the sweet honest journaling.

Nice scrapping! With my free time I've been able to do a bit too... although I panic about running out of supplies here. I'll have to post the new pages!

Thanks for thinking of me! It's been tough adjusting, but mostly because of the language barrier. I can't read anything and I can't talk to anyone (though I'm learning fast). The foreign teachers are really supportive and really nice: this had made life a lot easier.

I hope school is going great! I'm going to be in Chicago around the 26th or March, and I would love to stop in and say hi! Let me know if you're in school that week, and I will definatley be there.

Have a wonderful weekend with the family!

It is a blessed and wonderful thing to have life-long friends (and even better when they are relatives!)... I think I may try to do a similar page for my bff Terri; 2009 will be 40 years of friendship for us!
