Impromtu dinner plans allowed us to celebrate Chato's pending "turn of the year" annual occasion. Off to our favorite haunt, Mi Tierra on a Sunday evening is always guaranteed to a) be loud b) be extra crowded c) be extra loud and crowded. I couldn't imagine what having a conversation would mean at this restaurant!
