A timeline for Aly

When the kids ran through the door this evening (in from the cold, windy weather) Aly promptly announced that their class enrichment program in Health would be constructing personal timelines to begin discussing growth and change over time. Hmmmmm...homework to find pictures? Sounds like fun to me! Count me it...now where is that external hard drive with 50,000+ photos that we began collecting shortly after Aly's birth? Ahhhh, here are a few of the ten or so we chose this evening... We started off with a recent snap, and BOY O BOY have we come across some changes! I can hardly remember this little face! Time has just turned us upside down! Look at where this little girl has been...
It was hard task to get this chickie to "pose" for the camera at first, but she came around pretty fast there after. Of course, good Christmas presents that first year was any cheeky baby's way to show off her best smile!

Later on, Halloween became a blast (I truly miss the days that "I" got to decide what the "matching" costumes would be!)
I adore the chubby cheeks here! It doesn't hurt that they are all flush and full of curious passion!
By the time Aly hit four years old, she was quite the fancy princess - loving big poofy dresses and all the frills.

Alas, when kindergarten happened along, everyone knew it wouldn't be long before the tooth fairy would visit. I can't believe how this sweetie of mine has grown so fast! Now - I am so excited to see just how this project turns out!!! :)
