So, you will be glad to hear that I was not present at the picture snapping of this photo. Thank you, Lupita! She caught Brandan outside the field house before a basketball game last Wednesday. He and his friends found the typical -searching for spring- garden snake. (And for that warm weather reason, I just might be likely to befriend him-NOT!) Can't tell you whose idea it was to pick him up and play with him, but some how, my brave child made it his business to grab a hold on him. YUCK!

These past few weeks seem to have blurred together. I've been in photography hiatus. HOW HORRIBLE. I blame the weather. It is now OFFICIALLY April and we have yet to see light jacket/sweater weather. I got a bit of scrapbooking in (thank goodness now that grades are done for 3rd marking period!) yesterday with a friend or two......but there is still so much that I would like to play with. Dang clock...tick, tick tick.
